    Yoga benefits your mind, body, boosts your immunity, helps increase focus and memory and promotes better sleep. My Gentle Yoga class will also help improve flexibility by working all the muscles and connective tissues in your body. There will be meditation, warm up with stretching many of your muscle groups, postures that are designed to increase your strength and balance and a cool down that will leave you feeling refreshed! Although this will be a chair based and standing posture class, most of the postures can be practiced in the chair.
