Reminders from the 23rd District Court

New Judge Brittany Johnson has been appointed and sworn to fill the vacancy on the 23rd District Court bench. She started in her new position on Monday, March 16.

Scheduled Court proceedings are held via Zoom unless your Notice to Appear indicates "IN-PERSON". All Jury Trials are IN PERSON. Please contact the Court with any questions or concerns regarding appearance via Zoom.

Please continue to utilize our online resources to resolve your case if possible or to obtain information. Payments can be made online, by phone, drop-box 24/7 outside the Court entrance, or inside the Court.

The courthouse is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 - 4:00. Due to heavy call volumes, we strongly suggest submitting any questions online and you will receive a same day response.

Dockets include all scheduled public criminal/traffic case proceedings and civil matters. Notice to Appear indicates if proceeding is to be held IN-PERSON or VIRTUAL.
